Terms of Service

1. The service

ManyDocs is a free browser-based document automation tool. It combines a document template with spreadsheet rows and creates downloadable files on your device. No account is required.

2. Your files and content

You retain ownership of the documents, spreadsheets, templates, and other content you use. You confirm that you have the rights and lawful authority needed to process that content.

• Generator files are processed locally in your browser and are not uploaded to ManyDocs.
• ManyDocs does not provide cloud storage for your files or templates.
• You must not use the service for unlawful, infringing, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity.

3. Free access, advertising, and donations

The service is currently provided free of charge and may display advertising. Voluntary donations help support development but do not purchase credits, a subscription, preferential treatment, or a guarantee that the service will remain available.

• A donation is handled by the external service linked from the donation button and is subject to that provider’s terms.
• Advertising providers, when connected, may apply their own privacy and advertising terms.

4. Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to keep ManyDocs reliable but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Browser previews may differ from the final rendering in Microsoft Word or other office software.

5. Intellectual property

ManyDocs, its interface, software, branding, and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under these terms.

6. Responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing generated documents before relying on, signing, or distributing them. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ManyDocs is provided “as is” and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
