Privacy Notice

1. Files stay in your browser

DOCX, ODT, XLSX, XLS, and ODS files selected in the generator are read and transformed locally in your browser. Their contents are not sent to ManyDocs servers.

• Generation and ZIP creation occur on your device.
• The visual DOCX preview and template editor run locally.
• ManyDocs does not provide accounts or cloud file storage.

2. Data we may process

• Essential website-delivery and security logs may include IP address, browser information, requested page, and timestamps.
• ManyDocs stores daily aggregate counts for page views, template and spreadsheet loads, editor openings, generation starts and completions, generated-document totals, feedback submissions, donation-link clicks, and advertising-link clicks.
• To estimate unique visits, your browser creates a random token that changes each UTC day. The server stores only its SHA-256 hash together with that day, deletes these daily hashes after approximately 35 days, and cannot use them to recognise the same browser on another day. IP addresses, filenames, document contents, and spreadsheet values are not added to these statistics.
• Your language, theme, privacy choices, and current daily analytics token are stored in your browser.
• If you use the feedback form, we store the email address and message you submit so the administrator can read and answer it. Messages can be deleted from the administration panel and are kept only while reasonably needed for support and follow-up.
• If you follow the donation link, the external donation provider processes the information you submit under its own privacy notice.

3. Advertising

ManyDocs may display contextual advertising. Contextual placements do not require an account and must never receive your document contents, spreadsheet data, or filenames. If a future advertising configuration requires non-essential storage or behavioural processing, it remains blocked until you consent and you can later change that choice from the footer.

4. Service providers

Cloudflare delivers and protects the website. An advertising or donation provider may be added through the clearly identified banner or donation link. Each external provider processes data under its own published notice and safeguards.

5. Retention and security

ManyDocs does not retain generator files. The daily analytics token expires and is replaced automatically; its server-side hash is retained for no more than approximately 35 days. Feedback messages remain until they are no longer needed or are deleted by the administrator. Browser choices remain until you clear them. Hosting and security logs are retained only as needed for delivery, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, and legal obligations. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of personal data, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact [email protected] to exercise a right.

7. Children and updates

ManyDocs is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. We may update this notice when the service, advertising setup, donation provider, or legal requirements change.
